Now that fall is rapidly approaching, many homeowners are looking to move their property on. It just so happens that once the weather cools down, the real estate market heats up. Properly staging your home to match the season can help to make your house stand out from the rest of the properties on the market. Keep these fall home staging tips in mind to bring the right autumn touches into your house.

• Set the scene – before you show your house for the first time, pack up as many of your belongings as you can to eliminate as much clutter as possible. After clearing out the rooms, add a couple cozy touches, such as a nicely folded throw blanket or a bundle of fall scented candles.
